Please note:
-Reservations and changes must be made at least 24 hours before the lesson start time.
-Same-day cancellations will result in the loss of the ticket.
-Available time slots are shown in real-time, and you can book directly using your ticket number.

Can siblings share tickets?

Yes! Lesson Tickets (4 or 10-pack) can be shared among siblings. This makes it easy for families to manage lessons flexibly. However, Membership Plans (Basic or Premium) are individual and cannot be shared among siblings.

What is the difference between Lesson Tickets and Membership?

Lesson Tickets are prepaid bundles (4 or 10 lessons) with fixed validity periods and flexible scheduling. Membership Plans offer monthly billing with weekly fixed lessons, priority scheduling, and discounted add-ons.

Can I cancel or reschedule a Membership lesson?

Membership lessons are held on a fixed weekly schedule. However, one reschedule per month is allowed if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations are not eligible for rescheduling. For more flexible scheduling, consider using Lesson Tickets.

How can I cancel Membership?

If you wish to cancel your membership, please submit the Cancel Membership Form by the 15th of the current month.
